Terms and Conditions of Supply – Training and Therapies

These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of training, therapies, and related services by Mystic Wellness Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) to clients (“you”, “your”). By booking or purchasing any of our services, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Definitions

In these Terms:

“Services” means all services provided by Mystic Wellness Ltd, including but not limited to training courses, workshops, mentoring, coaching, therapies, treatments, consultations, and wellness programmes, whether delivered in person or online.

“Services” includes both digital and in-person offerings unless otherwise stated.

“Training” means any educational, instructional, mentoring, workshop, or certification-based service delivered by us.

“Therapies” means any wellness, holistic, complementary, therapeutic, or treatment-based services provided by us.

“Website” means https://mysticwellness.co.uk and any related websites or pages operated by us.

“Client” means the person purchasing or receiving Services.

Digital Content” means any content supplied in digital form including but not limited to videos, recordings, PDFs, audio files, downloadable materials, online course modules, webinars, and membership portal content

Force Majeure Event” means any event beyond reasonable control including illness, epidemic/pandemic, natural disaster, cyberattack, internet failure, government restriction, venue closure, or third-party platform failure.

  1. Scope of Services

These Terms apply to all services supplied by Mystic Wellness Ltd, including:

  • training programmes and courses;
  • workshops and retreats;
  • one-to-one mentoring or coaching;
  • therapies and treatments;
  • consultations;
  • online services and digital sessions.

Services are provided on a professional “reasonable skill and care” basis in line with UK consumer law standards.

All Mystic Wellness Ltd policies form part of a single contractual framework. In case of conflict, the Training Terms & Conditions Policy shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms and Policies affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

  1. Age Restriction

Mystic Wellness Ltd does not provide training, education, workshops, online courses, or accredited programmes to individuals under the age of 18.

All training services are strictly delivered on an 18+ basis only, and enrolment is limited to individuals who are legally able to enter into binding contractual agreements under UK law.

Mystic Wellness Ltd reserves the right to refuse enrolment, suspend access, or terminate participation immediately if there is reasonable belief that an individual is under 18 or has provided false or misleading information regarding their age.

Any breach of this requirement may result in permanent removal from training programmes without refund and may be treated as a safeguarding and compliance issue.

Mystic Wellness Ltd does not provide therapies, treatments, training participation, or services to individuals under the age of 18 years.

In exceptional circumstances where any service is delivered to a person under 18, this will only be permitted with the explicit written consent of a parent or legal guardian, and only where the parent or legal guardian is present for the full duration of the session.

The parent or legal guardian must remain responsible for the minor throughout the service and must actively supervise participation at all times.

  1. Booking and Contract Formation

All bookings are subject to availability.

A legally binding contract is formed when:

  • we issue written confirmation of your booking; and/or
  • payment (full or deposit) has been received.

We reserve the right to refuse any booking for legal, operational, safeguarding, or safety reasons.

We may require identity verification or health disclosure before confirming certain services where appropriate for safeguarding or safety.

We reserve the right to require identity verification, safeguarding checks, or health disclosure before granting access to certain courses or content where appropriate.

Mystic Wellness Ltd may refuse or discontinue a session at its absolute discretion where continued participation may be unsafe, inappropriate, or outside professional scope, even if the client wishes to proceed.

  1. Fees and Payment

Prices are as stated on our Website or otherwise confirmed in writing.

Payment must be made in full before Services are delivered unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All deposits are strictly non-refundable.

Failure to pay may result in cancellation or suspension of Services.

Late payments may incur administrative fees and may result in referral to debt recovery services in accordance with UK law.

We reserve the right to suspend access to online or in-person services until payment is received in full.

  1. Cancellation and Rescheduling

By You

  • More than 48 hours before appointment/course start: free reschedule or refund (subject to any deposit terms).
  • Less than 48 hours: fees may be non-refundable.
  • Failure to attend (no-show): treated as cancellation without refund.

Cancellation rights may be limited where digital content has been accessed in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 201 

By Us

We may reschedule or cancel due to illness, emergency, Force Majeure Events, insufficient attendance, venue issues, safeguarding concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. Where possible, an alternative date or refund will be offered.

We are not liable for indirect costs such as travel, accommodation, or third-party bookings.

  1. Delivery of Services

Services may be delivered:

  • at our premises;
  • at clients home;
  • at an agreed venue;
  • online via video platform;
  • by telephone.

You are responsible for attending on time and ensuring access to any required technology for online services.

We may use third-party platforms (including but not limited to Zoom, payment processors, and booking systems) to deliver Services. We are not responsible for interruptions, failures, or data loss caused by third-party providers outside our reasonable control.

We are not responsible for service disruption caused by third-party platforms, internet failures, or user device issues.

  1. Age Restriction

Mystic Wellness Ltd does not accept enrolments, participation, or access to any courses, training programmes, online learning platforms, workshops, or services from individuals under the age of 18 years

All services are strictly provided on an 18+ basis only.

By enrolling, purchasing, or accessing any services, the learner confirms that they are aged 18 years or over and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under UK law.

Mystic Wellness Ltd reserves the right to refuse enrolment, suspend access, or terminate participation immediately where there is reasonable belief that an individual is under 18 or has provided false or misleading age information.

Any breach of this age requirement may result in permanent removal from services without refund and, where appropriate, further action to protect safeguarding, contractual integrity, and legal compliance.

  1. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • provide accurate booking information;
  • disclose relevant health or medical information where applicable;
  • follow reasonable instructions;
  • behave respectfully toward staff and participants.

We may terminate Services without refund where behaviour is unsafe, abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate.

You confirm that you are physically and mentally able to participate in the Services unless otherwise disclosed in writing.

  1. Therapy and Health Disclaimer

Our therapies and wellness services are not medical treatment and do not replace advice from a doctor or regulated healthcare professional.

You must disclose relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, injuries, pregnancy, or contraindications before treatment.

We reserve the right to refuse or stop treatment where we believe it is unsafe or unsuitable.

Results from therapies may vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.

Services are complementary wellbeing practices only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.

Mystic Wellness Ltd reserves the right to refuse or discontinue any service involving a person under 18 where safeguarding, suitability, or professional judgement requires it.

All services remain complementary and educational in nature and do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment, and must not be relied upon as a substitute for professional healthcare.

  1. Training Services/ Accreditation

Attendance, participation, and satisfactory completion of all course requirements are mandatory for certificated and accredited training programmes.

Certificates, assessments, accreditation outcomes, and/or certification will only be issued where all applicable attendance requirements, coursework, practical assessments, competency standards, conduct expectations, and financial obligations have been fully satisfied.

Certain training programmes are formally accredited by the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM), and successful participants may receive IPHM-recognised certification subject to meeting all applicable standards and requirements.

Accreditation status, recognition arrangements, membership eligibility, and external professional requirements may change from time to time and remain subject to the rules, standards, and decisions of the relevant accrediting organisation.

Learners are encouraged to independently verify current accreditation status, professional membership eligibility, scope of practice requirements, and insurance arrangements relevant to their intended professional activities.

IPHM accreditation confirms that training has met recognised professional standards within the complementary and holistic sector but does not constitute a government-regulated qualification unless expressly stated otherwise.

Membership of external organisations is optional, subject to independent approval, and may involve separate fees, eligibility requirements, codes of conduct, insurance obligations, or continuing professional development requirements.

Certification does not guarantee employment, professional registration, membership approval, practitioner status, business success, or insurance eligibility.

Mystic Wellness Ltd reserves the right to update, amend, modify, or reasonably adjust course content, assessment methods, delivery formats, tutors, schedules, learning materials, or accreditation arrangements where necessary for operational, educational, legal, accreditation, quality assurance, safeguarding, or compliance purposes.

Mystic Wellness Ltd also reserves the right to suspend, refuse, or remove delegates from training where conduct, behaviour, participation, wellbeing concerns, safeguarding concerns, safety risks, or professional standards may negatively affect learning outcomes, legal compliance, or the wellbeing of others. 

  1. System Access and Technical Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to online platforms. Access may be affected by maintenance, updates, third-party outages, or technical issues beyond our control. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions.

  1. Download and Storage Responsibility

Where downloadable content is provided, it is the learner’s responsibility to download and securely store materials. Access to certain materials may be time-limited depending on course structure.

  1. Portal Availability

We do not guarantee that all content will remain permanently available. Content may be updated, archived, or removed at our discretion for operational, legal, or educational reasons.

  1. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access where continued membership may pose reputational, legal, safeguarding, or operational risk to Mystic Wellness Ltd or other user

  1. Right To Record Online Training

Participation in online sessions where recording is active constitutes informed awareness that recording may take place unless otherwise stated. 

  1. Intellectual Property

All course materials, manuals, presentations, recordings, worksheets, and written content remain the intellectual property of Mystic Wellness Ltd unless otherwise stated.

This includes all digital content, recordings, manuals, methods, frameworks, branding, and teaching materials.

They may not be copied, shared, reproduced, distributed, or sold without our written permission.

Mystic Wellness Ltd is not responsible for misuse of recordings once shared unlawfully by a third party outside our control

  1. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law, including death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Subject to applicable law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Services.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business losses.

We are not liable for emotional distress, loss of opportunity, or subjective dissatisfaction arising from participation in Services, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

You acknowledge that participation in wellness services is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

  1. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and replace all prior communications or understandings.

  1. No Waiver

Failure or delay by Mystic Wellness Ltd to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of our right to enforce that provision or any other provision at a later time

21.  Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

  1. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform where caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including illness, natural disaster, internet failure, venue closure, or government restrictions.

If a Force Majeure Event continues for an extended period, we may suspend, reschedule, or cancel Services and offer alternative arrangements or refunds where legally required

  1. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice and applicable UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

Data is only collected for legitimate purposes including service delivery, safeguarding, legal compliance, and administration

Delays in raising complaints may limit our ability to investigate and may affect available remedies.

We aim to respond within 14 working days.

Complaints may be escalated in line with our internal Complaints Procedure and applicable Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) schemes where appropriate.

We reserve the right to decline or limit complaints that are vexatious, repetitive, or made in bad faith.

  1. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior discussions, communications, or agreements, whether written or oral. No reliance should be placed on any statement not expressly set out in these Terms.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall first be addressed through internal resolution before court proceedings where reasonably possible.

  1. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of Services after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

If any provision of this Policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect

  1. Acknowledgement

All practitioners, staff, contractors, and relevant students working with or representing Mystic Wellness Ltd. must read, understand, and agree to comply with this Terms and Conditions of Supply – Training and Therapies.

Clients confirm that by booking or attending services, they accept these Terms in full and understand they form a legally binding agreement under UK law.
