Last Updated: 27/05/2026

  1. Purpose of This Policy

This Intellectual Property Policy explains how training materials and content created and delivered by Mystic Wellness Ltd must be used. It exists to protect the originality of the Company’s work, ensure fair and ethical use of learning materials, and prevent unauthorised copying, sharing, or commercial use.

All learners receive access to course materials for the purpose of their own learning and professional development only. This policy ensures that the value, integrity, and quality of the training is maintained for all learners.

This Policy is intended to operate in accordance with the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and other applicable UK intellectual property laws.

All Mystic Wellness Ltd policies form part of a single contractual framework. In case of conflict, the Training Terms & Conditions Policy shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

  1. Ownership of Content

All course content provided by Mystic Wellness Ltd remains the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Training manuals and handbooks
  • Written course content and teaching notes
  • Practical methods, techniques, and frameworks
  • Exercises, guided practices, and session structures
  • Videos, audio recordings, and online learning materials
  • Presentations, slides, and downloadable resources
  • Branding, logos, and visual identity materials

Even if learners personalise notes or apply what they have learned in practice, the original structure, wording, and methods remain owned by the Company.

All intellectual property rights remain vested in Mystic Wellness Ltd unless expressly transferred in writing.

The Company asserts its moral rights to be identified as the author of its training materials and to object to any derogatory treatment, distortion, or misrepresentation of its content under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.

  1. What This Means in Practice

When you enrol on a course, you are being granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the materials for personal study only.

This means:

  • You may use materials to support your learning during the course
  • You may take personal notes in your own words
  • You may apply general principles in your own professional practice once qualified

However, you do not own the training content itself and you are not permitted to reuse or redistribute it as teaching material.

This licence is revocable at any time in the event of breach of this Policy or any other agreement with Mystic Wellness Ltd.

This licence does not permit reproduction, sublicensing, adaptation, or derivative works based on Company materials in any form.

  1. Strictly Prohibited Actions

Learners must not, under any circumstances, without written permission from Mystic Wellness Ltd:

  • Copy, scan, photograph, screenshot, or duplicate course materials
  • Share materials with other individuals, including friends, colleagues, or clients
  • Upload training content to websites, forums, social media, or file-sharing platforms
  • Sell, resell, or distribute any part of the training content
  • Use Company materials to create your own courses, workshops, or teaching programmes
  • Present Company methods or frameworks as your own original work

These restrictions continue indefinitely after course completion, withdrawal, or termination of access.

Any unauthorised use may constitute copyright infringement and may result in civil legal action for damages and/or injunctive relief.

  1. Teaching, Training, and Commercial Use

The training provided by Mystic Wellness Ltd is designed for personal professional development only.

Learners are not permitted to:

  • Teach the Company’s methods to others
  • Run workshops or courses based on Company content
  • Train other practitioners using Company-developed systems
  • Rebrand or adapt materials for commercial use

Even if content has been modified or reworded, it remains protected if it is derived from the Company’s original teaching framework.

If a learner wishes to teach or use similar methods professionally, they must obtain written permission from the Company.

Any commercial use of derived or adapted material without permission will be treated as unauthorised exploitation of intellectual property.

  1. Branding, Name, and Trademark Use

The name, logo, and branding of Mystic Wellness Ltd are protected.

Learners must not:

  • Use the Company name or logo on their own business materials
  • Claim partnership, affiliation, or endorsement without permission
  • Create marketing materials implying official connection
  • Register similar names or branding that could cause confusion

If permission is granted, any use must follow the Company’s written guidance and must not misrepresent the relationship.

All goodwill associated with the Mystic Wellness Ltd brand remains the sole property of the Company.

  1. Digital Materials and Recordings

All digital content, including videos, recordings, and online resources, remains the property of the Company.

Learners must not:

  • Record live sessions (audio, video, or screenshots) unless explicitly allowed
  • Download or redistribute online content
  • Share login details or access to learning platforms
  • Repost materials in any digital or public format

Learners must not attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with any digital security measures, access controls, or licensing restrictions applied to course materials or platforms.

This ensures that confidential teaching methods and student experiences remain protected.

Access to digital platforms may be monitored for security, compliance, and intellectual property protection purposes.

Mystic Wellness Ltd may monitor usage of digital content, login activity, and access behaviour for the purposes of safeguarding, fraud prevention, intellectual property protection, and compliance.

  1. Why This Policy Matters

This policy protects:

  • The originality of the training content
  • The professional standards of the qualification
  • The value of certification for all learners
  • The safety and consistency of teaching methods

Without these protections, training quality and professional integrity could be compromised.

This Policy also protects the commercial viability and sustainability of Mystic Wellness Ltd’s educational programmes.

  1. Breach of Policy

Any breach of this policy may result in:

  • Immediate removal from the course or programme
  • Loss of access to training materials
  • Withdrawal of certification eligibility
  • Legal action where necessary to protect intellectual property rights
  • Permanent restriction from future training with Mystic Wellness Ltd

Serious breaches may be treated as misconduct, especially where materials are shared or used commercially without permission.

Mystic Wellness Ltd is not responsible for any third-party misuse of materials once they have been unlawfully shared outside our control.

Mystic Wellness Ltd reserves the right to seek injunctive relief to prevent ongoing or future misuse of its intellectual property.

  1. Scope of Personal Practice

Learners are encouraged to integrate general knowledge gained from training into their professional practice once qualified. However, they must not reproduce, replicate, or present Company materials, scripts, or structured methods as their own teaching system.

Any reference to techniques learned must be expressed in the learner’s own interpretation and not reproduced as structured course material.

  1. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of services after updates may constitute acceptance of the revised Policy where legally permitted.

  1. Acknowledgement

All practitioners, staff, contractors, and relevant students working with or representing Mystic Wellness Ltd. must read, understand, and agree to comply with this Intellectual Property Policy.

By accessing or using any course materials, learners confirm acceptance of these intellectual property protections and acknowledge that breach may result in legal and contractual consequences.
