This Policy should be read alongside the Mystic Wellness Ltd Training Terms and Conditions Policy (which is the primary contractual document), Ethics and Safeguarding Policy, Privacy Policy, Intellectual Property Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and all other applicable Company policies.
In the event of any conflict, the Training Terms and Conditions Policy shall prevail, except where UK law requires otherwise.
This Policy forms part of a single integrated compliance framework governing all training, digital learning, and practical delivery.
Mystic Wellness Ltd may refuse or discontinue access to any training programme where continued participation is reasonably considered to present a safeguarding risk, operational risk, or risk to the wellbeing of learners, staff, clients, or the public.
This Policy is intended to operate in alignment with safeguarding duties, including where disclosure or intervention is required under UK safeguarding law and professional ethical obligations.

This Policy applies to all individuals who purchase, access, or participate in any Mystic Wellness Ltd learning environment, including:
- self-paced online courses
- live virtual training sessions
- recorded lessons, webinars, and workshops
- blended learning programmes (online + practical components)
- in-person practical training linked to online study
- mentoring, supervision, and membership-based learning platforms
This applies whether access is paid, subsidised, promotional, or free.
By accessing any content, learners agree to comply with this Policy and all related policies.
- Course Delivery Model
Course content, structure, tutors, schedules, platforms, and delivery methods may be reasonably updated, modified, or substituted where required for educational quality, accreditation alignment, safeguarding, or operational reasons.
Courses may be delivered in one or more of the following formats:
- fully online self-paced learning
- live online interactive training
- blended learning (theory online + mandatory in-person practical training)
- in-person practical training supported by digital learning materials
Mystic Wellness Ltd reserves the right to determine the most appropriate delivery format for educational, operational, safeguarding, or accreditation reasons.
Learners are responsible for ensuring they understand:

Failure to understand course structure does not exempt learners from requirements.
- Eligibility and Enrolment
Learners must ensure they meet all entry requirements before enrolment, including:
- prior qualifications

Mystic Wellness Ltd reserves the right to:
- refuse enrolment
- suspend access
- withdraw learners from programmes
where:
- eligibility requirements are not met

Enrolment does not guarantee certification or external accreditation approval.
- Blended Learning Structure
Where blended learning applies:
- online theory must be completed as directed
- live online sessions must be attended where required
- in-person practical training is mandatory where specified
Completion of online components alone does not constitute course completion.
Certification is only awarded upon successful completion of all required components.
Mystic Wellness Ltd may modify the structure of blended programmes where necessary for:

- accreditation requirements
- operational needs
- learner support or safety
- Mandatory In-Person Practical Training
Where in-person training involves physical or experiential techniques, learners participate voluntarily and acknowledge inherent training risks, provided all safety guidance is followed
Where in-person training is required:
- attendance is compulsory unless agreed in writing
- learners must demonstrate safe, ethical, and competent practice
- learners must comply with all safety instructions
Failure to meet requirements may result in:
- delayed certification
- reassessment requirements
- additional supervised practice
- additional fees
- removal from certification pathways in serious cases
Mystic Wellness Ltd reserves the right to determine competency standards.
- Attendance and Engagement
Mystic Wellness Ltd reserves the right to record attendance, engagement levels, and participation quality for safeguarding, compliance, and certification purposes.
Attendance requirements (typically 80–100%) may apply depending on course structure.
Learners must:
- attend all scheduled sessions
- engage appropriately in learning activities
- notify absence where possible
Mystic Wellness Ltd may treat the following as non-compliance:
- persistent lateness
- repeated absence
- disengagement from learning activities
- disruptive participation
Consequences may include:
- removal from course
- withholding certification
- requirement to repeat training
- Case Studies and Coursework
Where required, learners must complete:
- case studies
- reflective practice logs
- written assignments
- practical logs
- portfolio evidence
All work must be:
- independently completed
- accurate and truthful
- submitted within deadlines (unless formally extended)
- compliant with UK GDPR and confidentiality obligations
Case studies must not:
- breach client confidentiality
- include identifiable third-party data without consent
- be fabricated or misrepresented
Failure to complete requirements may result in certification being withheld.
- Assessment and Competency Standards
Certification is awarded only where learners demonstrate:
- safe and competent practice
- sufficient theoretical understanding
- appropriate professional conduct
- completion of all required assessments
Attendance alone does not guarantee certification.
All assessment decisions made by Mystic Wellness Ltd are:
- final at organisational level
- subject to the Complaints and Appeals process in the Training Terms and Conditions Policy
- conducted fairly and consistently
Learners must meet minimum competence standards as determined by Mystic Wellness Ltd and/or accrediting bodies (where applicable), and these standards may be updated from time to time to reflect industry best practice or regulatory guidance.
- Certification Requirements
Certification will only be issued where:
- all course modules are completed
- attendance requirements are met
- all assessments are passed
- all coursework and case studies are approved
- all fees are paid in full
- all policies have been complied with
Mystic Wellness Ltd reserves the right to withhold certification where requirements are not fully met.
- Certification Withholding
Certification may be withheld where a learner:
- fails to meet attendance requirements
- fails assessments or practical standards
- fails to submit required work
- breaches any company policy
- has outstanding payments
- engages in misconduct or unsafe practice
- Extensions and Reassessment
Requests for extensions must be made in writing before deadlines.
Extensions and reassessments:
- are not automatic rights
- are granted at Mystic Wellness Ltd’s discretion
- may require additional fees
- may require supervised practice or additional attendance
- Course Access
Access is granted as a:
- personal
- limited
- non-transferable
- revocable licence
Learners must not:
- share login credentials
- copy or distribute content
- resell or reuse materials commercially
- allow third-party access
Mystic Wellness Ltd may suspend or revoke access where misuse is suspected or confirmed.
Mystic Wellness Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately where there is suspected misuse, safeguarding concern, fraud risk, or breach of intellectual property or acceptable use requirements.
- Account Security
Learners are fully responsible for account security.
- passwords must not be shared
- suspicious activity must be reported immediately
- accounts may be suspended for security concerns
Mystic Wellness Ltd may monitor system usage for:
- safeguarding
- fraud prevention
- compliance
- security protection
Any activity identified as suspicious, fraudulent, or inconsistent with normal learner use may result in temporary suspension pending investigation.
- Technology Requirements
Learners must ensure they have:
- stable internet connection
- compatible devices
- updated software
- access to required platforms
Mystic Wellness Ltd is not liable for:
- personal device failure
- connectivity issues
- third-party service outages
- Payments and Fees
Full payment or agreed instalment plans are required before access.
Non-payment may result in:
- suspension of access
- removal from training
- withholding of certification
- recovery action (including legal or debt collection processes where necessary)
Where payment plans are agreed, failure to maintain payments may result in immediate suspension of access to all training materials, live sessions, and certification pathways until the account is brought up to date.
All financial terms are governed by the Training Terms and Conditions Policy.
- Refunds and Cancellation Rights
All refund, cancellation, transfer, and statutory rights are governed by the Training Terms and Conditions Policy and UK consumer law.
Where immediate access to digital content is provided, learners acknowledge that statutory cancellation rights may be reduced or lost where legally permitted.
- Age Restriction
Mystic Wellness Ltd does not accept enrolments, participation, or access to any courses, training programmes, online learning platforms, workshops, or services from individuals under the age of 18 years.
All courses are strictly designed and delivered for adults only, and by enrolling you confirm that you are 18 years of age or over and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
By enrolling, purchasing, or accessing any services, the learner confirms that they are aged 18 years or over and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under UK law.
Mystic Wellness Ltd reserves the right to refuse enrolment, suspend access, or terminate participation immediately where there is reasonable belief that an individual is under 18 or has provided false or misleading age information.
Any breach of this age requirement may result in permanent removal from services without refund and, where appropriate, further action to protect safeguarding, contractual integrity, and legal compliance.
- Student Conduct and Behaviour
Mystic Wellness Ltd operates a zero-tolerance approach to behaviour that compromises safeguarding, professional integrity, or psychological safety within any learning environment.
Learners must behave:
- respectfully
- professionally
- ethically
- safely
Prohibited behaviour includes:
- bullying or harassment
- discrimination
- abusive or threatening conduct
- disruption of learning environments
- safeguarding breaches
- misuse of platforms or materials
Consequences may include suspension, removal, or withheld certification.
- Intellectual Property
All materials remain the intellectual property of Mystic Wellness Ltd.
Learners must not:
- copy or share materials
- record or distribute content
- reproduce or resell materials
- use AI tools to replicate or generate derivative course content
Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
- Recording Policy
Recording is strictly prohibited unless written permission is granted.
Mystic Wellness Ltd may record sessions for:

Force Majeure events may also include loss of accreditation status, regulatory intervention, or mandatory compliance changes imposed by external bodies
