Learners are responsible for ensuring that any qualifications, insurance, memberships, or professional registrations required for their intended professional practice are independently verified and maintained.
Acceptance onto a course does not guarantee suitability for professional practice, insurance eligibility, or external membership approval.
- Age Restriction
Mystic Wellness Ltd does not accept enrolments, participation, or access to any courses, training programmes, online learning platforms, workshops, or services from individuals under the age of 18 years
All services are strictly provided on an 18+ basis only.

Any breach of this age requirement may result in permanent removal from services without refund and, where appropriate, further action to protect safeguarding, contractual integrity, and legal compliance.
- Attendance and Engagement
Full attendance is expected due to the practical and experiential nature of training. Minimum attendance requirements (e.g. 80–100%) may apply and will be stated in advance. Learners should notify the Company of any absence.
Some missed sessions may not be repeated. Unexplained or repeated absence may affect certification or result in removal from the course.
Online learners are responsible for ensuring adequate internet access, device compatibility, and a suitable learning environment for participation in remote sessions.
Persistent disengagement, disruptive participation, or failure to complete required learning activities may affect progression or certification.
- Punctuality
Punctuality is required. Late arrival may result in refusal of entry where essential content or safety instructions have been delivered. Repeated lateness may be recorded as non-attendance and affect certification.
- Course Completion
Completion is based on attendance, participation, coursework, and demonstration of competency.
Learners must apply skills safely, appropriately, and within professional boundaries.
Failure to meet requirements may delay or prevent certification.
Mystic Wellness Ltd reserves the right to require additional supervised practice, case studies, coursework, or assessment where further competency development is considered necessary.
- Assessment and Certification
Assessment may include practical demonstrations, written work, reflective exercises, and practitioner observation etc. Feedback is ongoing and developmental.
Certification is awarded only upon successful completion of requirements and does not guarantee employment, business success, or licensing approval. It does not guarantee external accreditation unless stated. Certification may be withheld in cases of misconduct, unsafe practice, or academic dishonesty.
All submitted work must be original. Academic dishonesty, plagiarism, falsification of coursework, or misrepresentation of practical work may result in failed assessment, withheld certification, disciplinary action, or removal from training.
Certificates remain the property of Mystic Wellness Ltd until all fees, assessments, and course requirements have been fully satisfied.
- Reassessment

Accreditation status, recognition arrangements, membership eligibility, and external professional requirements may change from time to time and remain subject to the rules, standards, and decisions of the relevant accrediting organisation.
Learners are encouraged to independently verify current accreditation status, professional membership eligibility, scope of practice requirements, and insurance arrangements relevant to their intended professional activities.
IPHM accreditation confirms that training has met recognised professional standards within the complementary and holistic sector but does not constitute a government-regulated qualification unless expressly stated otherwise.
Membership of external organisations is optional, subject to independent approval, and may involve separate fees, eligibility requirements, codes of conduct, insurance obligations, or continuing professional development requirements.
Certification does not guarantee employment, professional registration, membership approval, practitioner status, business success, or insurance eligibility.
