Last Updated: 27/05/2026
- Purpose
This Online Course Access Policy sets out the legally binding terms governing access to all online learning content provided by Mystic Wellness Ltd (“Mystic Wellness”, “we”, “us”, “our”), including courses, training programmes, memberships, digital materials, recorded sessions, live classes, downloadable resources, and all associated online systems and platforms.
This Policy ensures clear rules for access, intellectual property protection, platform integrity, safeguarding, and compliance with UK consumer law, data protection law, and copyright law.
By enrolling in or accessing any course or digital content, you agree to this Policy. Continued access confirms ongoing acceptance of any updates.
This Policy works alongside our Terms and Conditions of Website Use, Terms and Conditions of Sale, Cancellation and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy. Where there is any conflict relating to purchases, the Terms and Conditions of Sale prevail.
- Scope
This Policy applies to all online learning services delivered by Mystic Wellness Ltd, whether hosted on our systems or third-party platforms.
Mystic Wellness Ltd does not provide training, practitioner education, certification programmes, mentoring programmes, workshops, or online learning services to individuals under the age of 18.
This includes courses, live webinars, virtual classrooms, mentoring, memberships, downloadable resources, and assessment systems.
It applies to all users including students, clients, practitioners, contractors, and any authorised users, whether access is paid or free.
- Eligibility and Acceptance
Mystic Wellness Ltd training courses, practitioner programmes, certifications, memberships, workshops, mentoring programmes, and online learning services are intended solely for individuals aged 18 years and over.
Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to enrol in, access, attend, participate in, or complete any training programme, certification programme, workshop, mentoring programme, or online learning service provided by Mystic Wellness Ltd.
You confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you will comply with all applicable laws. Misuse may result in suspension or termination.
- Course Access Rights
Access is granted as a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for personal educational use only. No ownership of content is transferred.
Access is strictly for the registered user and must not be shared, resold, or transferred.
Access duration may vary depending on course type, pricing, subscriptions, or payment plans. We may update, modify, or discontinue content where necessary for operational, legal, or safeguarding reasons.
Access may be suspended or revoked where eligibility requirements are no longer satisfied or where access was obtained using inaccurate, misleading, or false information.
Continued access may depend on payment compliance, course completion, and behavioural standards. Failure to meet conditions may result in restricted access.
- Account Security and Login Credentials
You are responsible for keeping login details confidential. Accounts must not be shared under any circumstances.
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
We may monitor account activity for safeguarding, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes.
Misuse may result in suspension, termination, or withdrawal of certification.
- Technology Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring your devices, internet connection, and software are suitable for accessing our platforms.
We are not responsible for access issues caused by device failure, connectivity issues, or third-party services. Some courses may require webcams, microphones, or specific software.
- Acceptable Use
You agree to use all systems lawfully and respectfully. You must not misuse platforms or disrupt learning environments.
You must not:
• copy, record, reproduce, share, or distribute course content without written permission
• access systems without authorisation
• introduce malware or harmful code
• harass, abuse, or discriminate against others
• impersonate others or misrepresent identity
• misuse chats, forums, or communication tools

Breaches may result in immediate suspension or termination.
- Intellectual Property Rights
All content remains the property of Mystic Wellness Ltd or its licensors.
Nothing in this Policy transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights, teaching methods, training materials, recordings, trademarks, branding, certifications, assessments, or educational resources to any learner.
You are granted a personal licence for educational use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any materials without written permission. Unauthorised use may result in termination, legal action, and damages recovery.
- Live Sessions and Participation
Live sessions must be attended respectfully and professionally.
We may manage participation to ensure safety and integrity, including muting or removing users where necessary.
Attendance is required for certification.
- Attendance and Engagement
Participation in training does not guarantee successful completion, certification, accreditation, practitioner status, insurance acceptance, membership approval, or business success
Full attendance is expected due to the practical and experiential nature of training. Minimum attendance requirements (e.g. 80–100%) may apply and will be stated in advance. Learners should notify the Company of any absence.
Some missed sessions may not be repeated. Unexplained or repeated absence may affect certification or result in removal from the course.
Online learners are responsible for ensuring adequate internet access, device compatibility, and a suitable learning environment for participation in remote sessions.
Persistent disengagement, disruptive participation, or failure to complete required learning activities may affect progression or certification.
- Recordings
Sessions must not be recorded or shared without permission.
We may record sessions for training, safeguarding, quality assurance, or compliance purposes.
Participants will normally be notified where recordings are made.
Access to recordings may be restricted, withdrawn, suspended, edited, anonymised, or removed where necessary for safeguarding, confidentiality, legal compliance, operational requirements, or intellectual property protection.
- Assessments and Certification
Assessment may include practical demonstrations, written work, reflective exercises, and practitioner observation etc. Feedback is ongoing and developmental.
Certification is awarded only upon successful completion of requirements and does not guarantee employment, business success, or licensing approval. It does not guarantee external accreditation unless stated. Certification may be withheld in cases of misconduct, unsafe practice, or academic dishonesty.
All submitted work must be original. Academic dishonesty, plagiarism, falsification of coursework, or misrepresentation of practical work may result in failed assessment, withheld certification, disciplinary action, or removal from training.
Mystic Wellness Ltd reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, revoke, or refuse certification where certification has been issued in error, obtained through misconduct, fraud, academic dishonesty, misrepresentation, or where safeguarding concerns arise.
Certificates remain the property of Mystic Wellness Ltd until all fees, assessments, and course requirements have been fully satisfied.
- Reassessment
There is no automatic right to reassessment, resubmission, extension, or additional support unless expressly agreed by Mystic Wellness Ltd.
Where standards are not met, learners may be offered resubmission or reassessment opportunities depending on the course. This may include feedback, additional support, or supervised practice.
Reassessment opportunities, timeframes, and fees are determined solely at the discretion of Mystic Wellness Ltd.
Additional fees may apply. Failure to meet requirements after reassessment may require re-enrolment.
- Accessibility and Equality
We comply with the Equality Act 2010 and do not unlawfully discriminate on protected characteristics.
We aim to provide accessible services where reasonably possible. Reasonable adjustments may be considered where feasible and consistent with safeguarding, course structure, accreditation requirements, and operational limitations.
We cannot guarantee all adjustments in every case.
- Communication and Notices
All official communications relating to your enrolment, access, payments, or course participation will be sent via email or through our designated learning platform.
It is your responsibility to ensure your contact details remain accurate and up to date.
Any notice sent by Mystic Wellness Ltd to the email address or account registered by you will be deemed received on the date it is sent, unless proven otherwise.
You are responsible for checking your emails and platform messages regularly to ensure you do not miss important updates.
- Data Protection and Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Data may be used for administration, safeguarding, compliance, fraud prevention, quality assurance, and service delivery.
Third-party providers may process data on our behalf under appropriate contractual safeguards.
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, course content, assessments, recordings, and user information from unauthorised access, disclosure, loss, alteration, or misuse.
We apply reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security of systems.
- Course Updates, Variations and Platform Changes
We reserve the right to update, modify, replace, reformat, or discontinue any course content, modules, features, pricing structure, or delivery platform at any time where reasonably necessary for operational, educational, legal, safeguarding, or technical reasons.
We do not guarantee that future versions of a course will be identical to any previous version, including structure, materials, or delivery format.
Where changes are made, we will take reasonable steps to ensure continued access to core learning content where applicable.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any course, platform, feature, module, recording, resource, or learning system.
- Payments and Access Restrictions
Access is dependent on full payment or active instalment plans. Failure to pay may result in suspension or restriction of access.
Instalment agreements are legally binding commitments and must be completed in full.
Non-payment may result in loss of access, withdrawal from certification pathways, and possible recovery action including debt collection or legal proceedings.
Reinstatement of access is discretionary and may require full settlement of outstanding balances and fees.
We reserve the right to charge reasonable administrative fees, interest, recovery costs, or collection costs where permitted by law in relation to overdue payments.
Certificates, transcripts, assessment results, practitioner status, membership benefits, course access, and training records may be withheld until all outstanding fees have been paid.
- Cancellations and Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy and UK consumer law.
Digital access may remove cancellation rights where immediate access is lawfully agreed.
Loss of access due to breach does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
Refunds are assessed fairly and in accordance with legal obligations and services already provided.
Statutory rights remain unaffected.
- Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access immediately where necessary due to breach, safeguarding concerns, misconduct, fraud, misuse, non-payment, or legal/regulatory requirements.
Where appropriate, notice may be given but is not guaranteed.
Termination does not remove existing obligations, including payment liabilities. We may also refuse future access to protect business integrity and users.
We may also permanently restrict or refuse future enrolment or access where necessary to protect the integrity of our services, users, staff, or business operations.
We may use system monitoring, including login activity, IP tracking, and device monitoring, for security, fraud prevention, and safeguarding purposes.
Access may also be suspended or terminated where we reasonably believe that a user has shared login credentials, allowed unauthorised access, infringed intellectual property rights, engaged in academic dishonesty, or breached any applicable policy.
Suspension or termination of access does not create any entitlement to compensation, damages, refunds, replacement training, or alternative certification except where required by law.
- Independent Practitioners and Contractors
Where services are delivered by independent practitioners, they remain responsible for their own qualifications, conduct, insurance, and regulatory compliance.
Nothing in this Policy creates employment, partnership, or agency relationships. Each party remains independently responsible for their legal and professional obligations.
We are not liable for services delivered independently unless expressly stated in writing.
- Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay, suspension, or failure to perform our obligations where such failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, pandemics, natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, cyberattacks, internet outages, utility failures, or failure of third-party platforms or providers.
Where a Force Majeure event occurs, we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and continue services where possible, including rescheduling or offering alternative delivery methods.
If the disruption continues for a significant period, we may suspend, modify, or cancel affected services in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
Where appropriate, we may offer rescheduling, credit, or alternative access options.
Where reasonably practicable, we may provide alternative dates, alternative trainers, alternative delivery methods, service credits, extensions of access periods, or other suitable arrangements.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Policy and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
If any provision of this Policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Failure by Mystic Wellness Ltd to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
These terms are intended to be severable. If any provision is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- Entire Agreement
This Policy forms part of the contractual agreement between Mystic Wellness Ltd and the learner and should be read together with all applicable terms, policies, course information, enrolment documentation, and booking conditions.
No verbal statement, representation, or informal communication shall override this Policy unless confirmed in writing by Mystic Wellness Ltd.
- Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Material changes will apply to future bookings unless otherwise required by law.
Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
