A blended healing session weaves together three supportive modalities, Reiki, crystal energy, and sound, to create a deeply relaxing and harmonising experience. Together, these modalities create a deeply restorative experience that supports your whole being.
Reiki: Gentle Energy Alignment
Reiki forms the heart of the session. Using light touch or hands just above the body, with hands on or hands off energy support, helping your system ease into a calmer, more balanced state. It sets the foundation for the session by creating a steady, peaceful flow of life force energy, with a sense of spaciousness as the energy flows. Reiki’s role is to support balance, clarity, and emotional grounding.
Crystal Energy: Natural Resonance & Support Crystals are intuitively chosen based on your intentions and placed around or near the body to enhance grounding, clarity, and energetic alignment. Each stone carries its own natural resonance, adding subtle layers of support to the Reiki experience.
